Job Description

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will lead all commercial, trading, and supply chain functions. The role is responsible for developing and executing strategies for feedstock sourcing, product off-take, contract management, pricing, and trading optimisation. The CCO will play a pivotal role in managing supplier and off-taker relationships, ensuring alignment of commercial interests, and delivering profitability in line with strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience in petrochemical trading, supply chain, or commercial operations with leading petrochemical companies. Proven track record in feedstock procurement, product off-take management, and trading strategy execution. In-depth understanding of Linear Programming (LP) optimisation and its application to refinery and trading operations. Experience in negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts, including supply-or-pay and take-or-pay structures. Strong commercial acumen with an analytical mindset and sound risk management capabilities. Bachelors' in Engineering and Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
