Requirements :

5+ years of relevant experience in education and career/telemarketing or other professional services specifically in managing sales team. Demonstrated experience in supporting the business operation especially in leading and managing sales team. Proven experience in resource management, including sales planning, team utilization and resource allocation. Familiar with road tour events and having excellent analytical skills in managing sales team. Ability to manage multiple tasks, become a speaker for career events and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
Job scope:

Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals and expand customer base. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics report on team performance. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews. Managing and planning sales workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency of team members. Ensure successful event execution, including setup, audience engagement, staff briefing, and feedback collection. Acted as a speaker during the event to brief attendees on the career program we are offering.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Sales and Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
