Job Description

The CEO will lead the organisation's strategic, commercial, and operational direction. This includes implementing LP (Linear Programming) optimisation frameworks, managing supply and off-take agreements, and developing strong partnerships with suppliers, off-takers, and other industry stakeholders. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and compliance with contractual obligations under "supply-or-pay" and "take-or-pay" structures.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 20+ years of leadership experience in the petrochemical, energy trading, or oil & gas industry. Proven expertise in feedstock supply, product trading, or refinery operations, preferably involving condensates and naphtha. Strong understanding of Linear Programming (LP) optimisation and its application in refinery and trading decision-making. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex commercial contracts including supply-or-pay and take-or-pay structures. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and building cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Master's degree in Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
