Job Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the FFB grading team to ensure all grading activities comply with MPOB Grading Standards and company SOPs. Verify and validate grading results submitted by FFB Graders. Ensure accuracy and consistency in grading labels, quality classification, and FFB placement. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly FFB grading reports before submission to management. Maintain and organize all grading documents, ensuring data accuracy and easy accessibility for audits or inspections. Conduct regular training, coaching, and assessments for new or existing graders to ensure competence and compliance. Monitor FFB quality trends and report abnormalities, supplier performance, or non-compliance issues to the management team. Coordinate with harvesters, suppliers, and mill operations to ensure smooth and efficient grading workflow. Enforce safety, discipline, and housekeeping standards within the grading area.

Job Requirements

Possess a Diploma or higher qualification in relevant fields (Agriculture, Plantation Management, or related areas preferred). Minimum 5 years of working experience in FFB grading or palm oil operations; supervisory experience is an advantage. Possess MPOB FFB Grading Certificate. Strong understanding of MPOB FFB Grading Standards and applicable SOPs. Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently, manage a team, and handle operational challenges. Physically fit to work in a plantation or mill environment and willing to work extended hours when required.
