• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or PA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO. From travel industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory frameworks, and accounting standards.
• Demonstrated track record of driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and capitalize on opportunities.
• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and transparency in financial management and decision-making.
• Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia & English languages. Those who are able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to be based in Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur area.

• Assessing IPO risks and compliance
• Implementing internal controls
• Legal and compliance engagement
• Post IPO Transition and Governance:

• Developing transition plans
• Establishing governance structures
• Transparency and accountability measures
• Financial Strategy and Growth Management:

• Formulating growth strategies
• Evaluating expansion opportunities
• Monitoring market trends and metrics
