What are your job responsibilities

As a Chief Finance Officer To be responsible for leading and managing the finance team on matters related to finance, accounting, and tax compliance assignments; To analyze organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement, accumulating capital to fund expansion; To implement and control budgetary plans and cost control measures. Manage company's financial risks and advise Group Operation Director on financial matters. Handle full set of consolidation accounts; Effectively plan together with supervisor and ensure delivery are on time and quality expectations; Ensure timely and accuracy of monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts; Assist in presenting reports to top management, stakeholders, and board members; Constant evaluation of the company's accounting system's compatibility with the business needs and recommend improvements as at when necessary; Develop and implement policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls; Ensure compliance with latest accounting standards, taxation and group policies; Liaise and work closely with external parties/stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and etc; Prepare group cash flow analysis and determine finding gap requirements for the businesses;
