Job Description

Financial Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and business growth.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Monitor financial performance and prepare timely management reports for decision-making. Identify and analyze trends, variances, and risks to support strategic decisions.

Accounting, Reporting & Compliance

Oversee accounting, audit, tax, and financial reporting functions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Risk Management & Controls

Establish and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. Manage risks related to finance, investments, and operations. Implement policies and procedures to ensure financial integrity and accountability.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Oversee liquidity management, working capital optimization, and funding requirements. Manage banking relationships and capital structure (debt/equity financing). Ensure effective cash flow planning and control.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to support business needs. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
