Responsibilities:

Manages finances and tracking cashflow of the company.
Responsible for managing and leading the financial initiatives of a company.
Analyzing the company\'s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions plans where necessary.
Ensures stability and establishes discipline.
Reports financials to the board and shareholders.
Sets financial benchmarks.
Optimizes existing markets for company and future for IB Bag markets.
Focuses on client retention.
Manages risk and provide solutions.
Tracks the performance of the Staff and Company financials.
Manages investment portfolios with their surplus cashflows.
Monitors product profitability

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is required.
An MBA or a CFA/CPA/MIA (or equivalent professional certification) is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a public listed company, Investment Bank or Audit Firm.
Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
Good knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
Ability to strategize and solve problems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Solid communication and people skills.
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
