i) Executes initiatives and provides financial insights on formulating and executing business strategies.
ii) Responsible in fund sourcing, evaluate and apply for financing and loan instruments.
iii) Develop financial, tax and business strategy.
iv) Monitors and advise the implementation of strategic financial business plans.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis
i) Coordinates the development and monitoring of budgets.
ii) Perform regular review of the reasonableness of financial results against budget and propose budget revisions.
iii) Develops financial business plans and forecasts
iv) Oversees cash flow forecast and liquidity
3. Financial Reporting and Disclosure
i) Direct the preparation and communication of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, etc.
ii) Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting.
iii) Oversees, enhances and implements financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
iv) Coordinates audits and proper filing of regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with financial and company regulatory requirements.
4. Risk Management
i) Understands and mitigates key elements of risk profile within finance function.
ii) Ensures legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial function.
5. Stakeholder Management
i) Evaluate corporate proposals including liaising with external advisers, bankers, rating agencies and other consultants involved in corporate exercises.
ii)Establish & maintain good relationship with financiers, investors and other stakeholders
6. People Management and Leadership
i)Develop finance organisational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establish functional objectives in line with organisational objectives.
ii)Build and maintain a high-performance culture through an effective performance management, engagement and communication as well as coaching of employees.
iii)Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
7. Effective Linkages with the Group
i) Develop working relationships with the Group and its affiliate / subsidiaries.
ii) Ensure that the Company's financial operations align with the Group level's overall strategy and goals.
8. To perform any other duties as and when specified by the CEO/Board of Directors
Job Requirements
:
1. BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field and related professional qualification.
2. Professional Qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CA/CMA
3.Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience.
4.Mature, analytical, creative, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
5..Good knowledge in all facets of finance, accounting, budgeting, corporate financial planning & reports, conducting financial analysis, treasury management, cost control principles.
6.Meticulous, analytical, self-motivated, good business acumen and result oriented.
