Open Position: Chief Financial Officer (Public-Listed Company)

A Public-Listed Company is looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be based in their Selangor office.

Key requirements include:

Managing budgets, establishing policy, financial decision-making, controlling margins and debt, and making decisions about the company assets and resources.

Planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.

Developing and maintaining a strategic financial plan and annual operating and capital budgets; financial analysis of new programs, acquisitions, and business development; revenue management; preparation of the financial statements.

Proactively advise and educate management on all aspects which financially impacted operations.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent discipline is required.

Certification as a chartered accountant required.

More than 15 years of working experience with experience working in Public-listed company.
