Job Description



Ikhlas.com is looking for a creative individual that will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the overall company\'s marketing strategy to promote our brand and services. To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channel creation, channel management, campaigns and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness, higher organic traffic and profitability .

Responsibilities :


  • Develop, implement and manage our marketing strategy

  • Define most important marketing KPIs

  • Analysing market trends and preparing forecast

  • Generating new business leads

  • Increasing brand awareness and market share

  • Manage and oversee marketing strategy creation and implementation

  • Measure the success of every initiative and implementation

  • Stay up to date with latest marketing best practices, trends and technologies

  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure marketing content is informative, appealing, and successful in conversion.

  • Collaborate with Branding, Partnership, Sourcing, Sales and Product Development teams

  • Coordinating marketing strategies with respective teams

  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns

  • Managing the marketing departments staff

  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

  • Hire and train others in the team

  • Present to Senior Management

  • Creating different types of initiatives each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness

  • Manage different marketing channels online and offline to achieve companies objectives

  • Grow our subscriber base, donation amounts, sales, traffic.

  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

  • Work with designers, product, sales, and external influencers and other industry experts

  • Adhere to the internal policies and procedures

Your KPIs :

  • Success in delivering on product portfolio and targets, as well as other strategic KPIs as agreed with the company senior team

  • Ability to support all departments in Ikhlas.com on their marketing requirements.

  • Ability to collaborate with various teams with working cultures and located in different AirAsia offices

  • Capacity to handle uncertainty and ambiguity, and a fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to prioritize work based on strategic importance and level of impact on business

  • Produce and implement the strategy needed from the objectives that has been placed by the team and company

Skills Required :

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience

  • Over 15 years of experience in marketing areas (digital, ATL and more), as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

  • Past experience building audiences either online or offline

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing strategies and campaigning (tactical, targeting right audience).

  • Experience in identifying target audience and devising effective campaigns

  • Experienced in soft sell and hard sell approach, governing the right message to increase effectiveness.

  • Experience in creating various types of campaigns.

  • Experience in producing smart CTAs according to the visitor lifecycle stage

  • Good time-management skills and ability to multi task

  • Ability to communicate timelines and adapt with changes towards the timeline and prioritizations

  • Strong team attitude, Critical-thinker and problem-solver

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
