Chief of Staff

to work directly with the CEO, driving business strategy, operational excellence, and cross-department alignment.

This is a high-impact, strategic role -- ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ideas into execution.

What You'll Do

Partner with the CEO to plan, manage, and execute strategic initiatives. Translate company goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Coordinate priorities and communication across departments to ensure alignment and accountability. Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews for leadership and board discussions. Monitor business performance, identify improvement areas, and support implementation of growth initiatives. Represent the CEO in meetings or discussions when required. Drive projects that strengthen organizational culture and operational efficiency.

Who You Are

Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Substantial experiences in

strategy, operations, or executive support

, preferably in corporate training, HR consulting, or professional services. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized -- with strong follow-through. Passionate about working in a

collaborative, young, and energetic team

. Professional, discreet, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
