Job Description

You will be responsible for the highest revenue-generating pillars within the business: commercial and operations. You will be the key leader in developing new avenues to generate growth through existing and new product portfolios, while building and maintaining large high-performing teams.

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for sustainable growth in line with the company\'s targets and vision.
• Monitor commercial activities and maintain up-to-date market trends to provide strategic advice to senior management.
• Identify potential growth opportunities through organic internal initiatives or external partnerships.
• Develop and drive a high-performance culture amongst commercial teams and drive effectiveness of operations teams.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to address new product opportunities and the required marketing strategy.
• Manage and strategize relationships with new and existing customer base to optimise retention and satisfaction, while reducing churn.
• Identify ways to drive scalability and minimize operating costs, while effectively managing resource planning and process improvements.

• Proven track record of effectively driving business growth across multiple departments in a senior management capacity.
• Experienced in targeting and growing SMEs as a consumer market.
• Experienced in running operations in a services/technology/SME environment.

• Team-player, able to collaborate across departments and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
