Job Description

Role Overview:

The COO will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and experience in driving growth in GLC or software/technology-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the company's operations and administrative functions. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on business strategy, planning, and execution. Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and performance metrics across departments. Oversee client engagement, service delivery, and product/service quality. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization. Mentor and develop senior and mid-level management teams. Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Support business expansion initiatives, market development, and new client acquisition.

Requirements:

Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in senior operational leadership roles (COO/Head of Operations/General Manager). Proven experience in

GLC, technology, or software-based organizations

. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong understanding of business operations, P&L management, and organizational development. Ability to drive change, manage teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
