Job Description

Strategic & Operational Alignment

Partner with the CEO and senior management to shape and execute operational strategies that support the company's long-term vision. Review and assess operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.

Operational Oversight

Manage daily operations across key functions such as production, logistics, supply chain, customer service, procurement, equipment, quality, and R&D. Ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain optimal operational performance through streamlined processes.

Leadership & Team Development

Guide and mentor department heads, setting clear expectations and building a culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and improvement.

Performance Monitoring

Establish KPIs to evaluate operational effectiveness. Prepare and present performance reports to the CEO and board, highlighting progress and key insights.

Financial & Budget Management

Work alongside the finance team on budget planning, cost monitoring, and resource optimization. Drive cost-reduction initiatives and improve production cost efficiency.

Compliance, Safety & Risk Control

Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal standards, and internal policies. Supervise safety and environmental protection practices. Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Innovation & Technology Adoption

Lead digital transformation efforts and introduce technology solutions that enhance operational workflows. Oversee new product development stages, including trials and mass production readiness.

Other Responsibilities

Report directly to the CEO. Carry out additional executive-assigned tasks as required.

Pay: RM192,000.00 - RM288,000.00 per year
