KEY SCOPES
Provide executive leadership
in overseeing all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and long-term business objectives.
Champion operational excellence
, maximizing productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all project teams.
Direct project planning
, execution, quality assurance, financial management, and compliance with applicable industry regulations and standards.
Develop and sustain strategic partnerships
,
negotiate joint ventures
, and manage critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead multidisciplinary teams
by defining roles, setting expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Identify and mitigate operational and project-related risks
; ensure adherence to recognized quality management systems i.e.
ISO 9001
.
Support
business development initiatives, due diligence, project feasibility assessments
, and growth initiatives.
Review contracts
and partnership agreements,
identify potential legal risks
, and coordinate with legal counsel throughout negotiations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Master Degree / Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
> 18 years
of professional experience with
> 6 years in Senior Leadership / C-level
.
Extensive experiences in leading
Multidisciplinary Teams
in
Large-Scale Construction, Engineering, or Development Projects (i.e. Civil / Infra)
.
Strong Financial Acumen
, including proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
Well versed with
Contract Law, Joint Ventures, Corporate Governance, and Partnership structures
.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex operational challenges.
Excellent English
verbal and written communication skills.
