Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily company operations to ensure high performance and operational excellence. Work closely with the CEO to develop, refine, and execute business strategies in line with long-term corporate goals. Translate strategic direction into clear execution plans and ensure timely achievement of business objectives. Lead and coordinate cross-functional department teams to maintain seamless operational processes. Enhance and optimize operational systems, SOPs, and resource planning to support business growth and expansion. Provide strong leadership, guidance, and performance management for department heads and key managers. Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all business units.
Requirements
Proven experience as
COO, Operations Director, or equivalent senior leadership role
in retail or chain store operations. Strong understanding of multi-outlet retail operations, performance management, and organizational scaling. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive operational improvement. Strong strategic mindset with excellent execution capability. Willingness to relocate to Malaysia; visa assistance will be provided for suitable candidates.Chinese nationality preferred

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
