Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations including production, logistics, supply chain, and customer service. Collaborate with procurement, equipment, quality, and R&D teams to maintain efficient cross-functional processes and optimized workflows. Lead and mentor departmental leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to track operational performance and identify opportunities for enhancement. Prepare and present regular operational reports to the CEO and Board of Directors. Partner with the finance team to manage budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-control initiatives that improve financial performance. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies while overseeing safety and environmental protection programs. Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure safe, reliable, and stable operations. Lead digital transformation initiatives and promote the adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency. Direct R&D activities for new product development, from trial production to mass manufacturing. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of senior management experience preferably in manufacturing or processing industries. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop talent. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with ERP systems, operational tools, and performance management platforms. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Proficiency in Mandarin and English (Read and Write)
