Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the Product & Innovation team to promote the advancement of the company\'s product portfolio, balancing a mix of meeting customer requirements and expanding the business. You will also be leading the total Marketing and Advertising strategy to ensure strategic product positioning.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to research and identify market trends and needs to develop new product ideas.
• Get involved in the total product development cycle from ideation to production to Go-to-Market, alongside product performance and market sentiment monitoring.
• Develop and lead a high-performing product and marketing team that values collaboration and innovation.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and drive digitalisation of marketing techniques.
• Oversee entire communication channels (internal & external) including investor relations and crisis management.

Major flexibility in driving product innovation and development.|Be a key leader in one of the fastest-growing companies in Malaysia.

• Senior leadership experience within the Technology or Digital industry, with prior specialisation in Product Development and Marketing.
• Familiar with the product development cycle and innovation processes, with past experience in successful product launches.
• Able to utilise agile methodologies.
• Experienced in managing and driving large teams.
• Team-player, able to collaborate across departments and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
