Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary

Chief Product Officer (CPO)

to lead our product strategy, innovation, and execution. The CPO will drive product development, oversee the product lifecycle, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap. Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. Collaborate with executive leadership to align product goals with business objectives. Drive innovation and new product development to expand market share. Lead, mentor, and develop the product management team. Monitor product performance and define KPIs to ensure success. Engage with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to ensure market fit and product adoption.

Requirements:

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in product management or leadership roles, with at least 5 years at a senior level. Strong experience in

technology/software-driven organizations

or

GLC background

preferred. Proven track record in product strategy, development, and innovation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
