• Develop and execute the organization\'s technology strategy in line with CEO\'s and founders\' vision.
• Stay updated on IT and telecommunications trends to inform strategic direction.
• Lead the technology team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and improve technology infrastructure, systems, and processes.
• Drive product development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures to protect data and client information.
• Work with executives to prioritize technology initiatives that enhance operations and customer experience.
• Manage vendor contracts and service/product delivery.
• Provide guidance and support for technology projects, ensuring on-time completion.
• Manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.

• Keep informed on technology advancements, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in a senior leadership role within the IT and telecom services industry.
• Extensive knowledge of IT and telecom infrastructure and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in software development, network architecture, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Proven success in developing and executing technology strategies and managing projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and possess sound business judgment.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance norms in the IT and telecom sectors.
• Superb communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Experience in leading and developing iOS and Android applications.
• Experience in building and leading teams with effective management styles.
