- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Early Years Education or 2 years of practical experience in supervisory roles.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in spoken and written.
- Adore working with children and willing to nurture, love and laugh with them.
- Responsibility
- As the Childcare Centre Supervisor, you\'ll be the boss of a team of awesome and passionate teams who share your vision of creating a happy and stimulating environment for kids.
- Manage & monitor staff performance.
- Supervise and implementing children development plans.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Engage with potential customers & handle new children enrolment.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the children
- Building relationships with the children\'s and their families
- Statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO & EIS)
