• Certification/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computing/Technology/STEM-related fields
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encourage to apply, training will be provided. We are looking for passionate learners to build a career in the tech education sector. Candidates with prior experience in childhood education is an added advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages and platforms suitable for children (e.g., Scratch, Python, Roblox Studio, Minecraft, Robotics etc) is an added advantage.
• Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for working with children and helping them develop an interest in Coding, Robotics and STEM-related subjects.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and keep track of student progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and Deliver Lessons: Plan, teach and conduct coding, robotics and STEM-related lessons.
• Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a classroom environment where students feel encouraged to experiment, ask questions, and make mistakes as part of the learning process.
• Assess and Track Progress: Evaluate student progress through informal assessments, project completions, and quizzes. Provide feedback and support to help students develop coding and engineering skills.
• Collaborate with Parents and Staff: Communicate with parents regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas for improvement. Work with other educators to ensure consistency in teaching methods and objectives.
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure that coding and robotics equipment (computers, robots etc) is well-maintained and ready for use in classes.
