Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in Chinese and English to children aged 3-6 years old
Implement the Montessori curriculum and methodology to foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Observe and assess children's progress, and provide individualised support to meet their unique learning needs
Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and nurturing learning environment
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our programmes and teaching practices
Participate in staff training, professional development, and team-building activities
What we're looking for
A recognised teaching qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Fluency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with children and parents
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting.
Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and best practices in early childhood education
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children
