Key Responsibilities

?????

Greet guests warmly and process dine-in and takeaway payments accurately ????????????????????? Operate POS system (SIS POS) efficiently, handle cash, e-wallets, and credit card transactions
????????????????????????

Issue receipts, manage petty cash, and ensure daily cash reconciliation
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Assist with order taking during peak hours and coordinate with kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter and front desk area Provide basic information about menu items and promotions to customers Support front-of-house operations as needed (e.g., packing orders, answering calls)
Requirements

Malaysian citizen or PR, aged 20-40 preferred ????????????????20?40? Minimum 1 year of cashier or customer service experience in F&B
????????????????

Familiar with Chinese cuisine and non-halal dining environment
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic Mandarin Honest, punctual, well-groomed, and customer-focused Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
