Job Description

Responsibilities



Culinary Operations:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide variety of Chinese dishes, specializing in both traditional and modern recipes.

Menu Development:

Creating innovative dishes, developing seasonal menus, and setting portion controls to meet guest preferences and cost targets.

Food Quality & Presentation:

Ensuring consistency in taste and quality, and determining how food is presented to create attractive and appealing displays.

Kitchen Management:

Overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing inventory, maintaining purchasing standards, and ensuring proper storage of food products.

Staff Supervision:

Training, disciplining, and managing kitchen staff, fostering teamwork, and delegating tasks effectively.

Food Safety & Sanitation:

Enforcing strict adherence to food handling and sanitation standards, maintaining clean work and storage areas.

Requirements



Working experience as Chinese Chef for at least 5 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
