No After-Work Meetings: We will not require you to attend meetings or training outside your regular office hours. No surprises or stay backs to attend meetings or training. All will be done during your working hours. No Quotas: We will not set a quota on the number of patients that you must see or the time you shall spend with each patient. We will not ask or force you to work faster as some would or impose time restrictions on patient adjustments. No Forced Tenure: With a 2 months\' notice, you can leave if you are not happy.
