We believe in operating with integrity and prioritizing the health and well-being of people and communities where we operate, working towards making a positive impact in the world.JOB PURPOSEDeliver receivables management and Cash Application, Receivables & revenue accounting services to CHC Asia region as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Manage incoming paymentsPerform clearing of AR, analyse discrepancies, execute securitization program & factoringAddress operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely mannerSecure invoice booking & revenue recognition, perform AR monthly closing and reporting services to SBSContribute to revenue recognition (Trade & non-Trade) and related accountingAnalyse AR ageing reports, recommend bad debts reserves and post entriesParticipate in month end closure activities: reconcile AR postings with GL, analyse & resolve discrepancies, post adjustment entriesPrepare month end and ad-hoc reports for revenue and AR analysisContribute to periodic reviews and definition of revenue recognition accounting schemeDeliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelinesParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesKEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIESOperationDeliver receivables management and cash application services to CHC Asia region for Sanofi entities within CHC perimeter as per their respective Service Level AgreementsManage incoming paymentsPerform clearing of Accounts Receivables (AR), analyse discrepancies related to unapplied / misapplied receipts or deductions and propose resolutionExecute securitization program and factoringSecure invoice booking & revenue recognition, perform AR monthly closing and reporting services to SBSMonitor SD/FI interface and correct all anomalies to ensure correct revenue recognition (Trade & non-Trade)Analyse AR ageing reports and recommend bad debts reserves based on Sanofi guidelines and post entries after approvalReconcile AR postings with GL, analyse & resolve discrepancies, post adjustment entries as per month end closure timetablePrepare month end and ad-hoc reports for revenue and AR analysisContribute to periodic reviews and definition of revenue recognition accounting schemeContribute to business and customer collection strategy reviewsExecute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelinesComplete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIsDevelop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scopeBuild, document, and transfer EE Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to receivables management and cash applicationContinuous improvementIdentify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activitiesParticipate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transitionKEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPSCi2C Head of Invoicing, Cash Application, & ReportingCi2C Credit and Revenue PartnerA2R GBS teamCustomer service teamSKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSFunctionalBasic understanding of Customer Invoice to Cash process and activitiesStrong deductive and analytical skillsBasic expertise in Accounts Receivables accounting processes and activitiesKnowledge of accounting and monthly closure processTechnicalComputer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeInterpersonalAbility to interact with internal and external clients in a professional mannerTeam player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with Ci2C front line teams with an end-to-end mindsetGood communication skillsAttentive to customer needs and feedbackLeadershipOrganized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlinesAttentive to detail and works with precisionAction oriented, delivery driven, change agentBackgroundGraduate degree in accounting or financeBeginner / up to 1 year experience in Customer Invoice to Cash activities and Accounts Receivables or other accounting functions preferably in an international multicultural environmentFluent in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is desirableKey DimensionsThe Cash Application, Receivables & revenue accounting analyst reports to Ci2C Head of Invoicing, Cash Application & Reporting and may be assigned a specific sub-process or geography. He / She works closely with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade or Global Business Unit and Ci2C front line teams in countries / regions.Interested?
