Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for civil, architectural, and

infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and CAD software.

Revise, update, and maintain construction drawings to reflect design changes, site

conditions, and project specifications.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet

regulatory standards, codes, and client requirements.

Produce As-Built Drawings and assist in documentation for project submissions.

Coordinate and manage drawings via Aconex and RFI systems, ensuring effective

communication with stakeholders.

Support site teams with drawing interpretation, conflict resolution, and modification of plans during project execution.

Assist in logistic planning, leveling, and detailing of structures including steel, concrete,

drainage, and landscape works.

Ensure all drawings are up-to-date, accurate, and consistent across project stages.

Requirements

Certificate/Diploma in CADD Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering (SKM Level 1-3 or

equivalent).

Minimum 8 years of relevant drafting experience in civil/architectural construction projects

(high-rise, infrastructure, commercial, industrial).

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2004-2011), SketchUp, 3D design, and interior/landscape

drafting.

Familiarity with Aconex System, RFI management, and project documentation.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and coordination skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration with engineers, architects, and contractors.
