The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards challenges and problem-solving.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, E-tab, Prota , Staad.Pro, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challenges.
• Good understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage construction projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, authorities and other engineers.
• Attend project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide updates.
• Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and project documentation.
