Job Description

Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, identifying defects, structural issues, or non-compliance with safety standards. Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective civil maintenance works including structural, architectural, drainage, and external works. Supervise contractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance activities. Prepare technical reports, work orders, cost estimates, and progress documentation for management and clients. Monitor the performance of service providers and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Ensure compliance with local building codes, occupational safety regulations, and ISO standards. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, safety) to support integrated facility management operations. Provide technical advice and recommendations for repair methods, materials, and sustainable maintenance solutions. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for maintenance projects. Participate in emergency response planning and execution (e.g., structural failure, flooding, safety hazards).
