Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of DC and/or admin experience in construction or manufacturing fields is preferred.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin. The role require candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Computer knowledge - good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work with purchasing department to order materials and with logistics, to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend all meetings as and when required by Civil Manager.
• Compile, prepare daily reports, and upload the reports to HQ.
• Perform administrative tasks and provide clerical supports to site personnel.
• Handles processing for necessary civil documentations.
• Maintain foreign workers' attendance report, for salary calculation and manage project data calculation and examination.
• Handle maintenance request from Production Department.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.
