Prepare and manage submission documents for Planning and Infrastructure Plans.
Draft letters of award, support letters, and project correspondence.
Calculate earthwork quantities.
Coordinate with consultants (Engineers, Town Planners, Surveyors, etc.).
Liaise with local authorities and government agencies (Majlis, PTG, SAJ, IWK, JPS, TNB, TM, Land Office, etc.).
Submit applications, follow up on approvals.
Conduct joint site inspections with authorities and prepare inspection reports.
Process consultant claims and payments to government offices.
Assist in CCC application process and follow up on support letters.
Attend consultant meetings.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Candidate must possess at least 1 year of working experience in related field.
Good knowledge of submission processes to authorities and technical documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCad is an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel for site inspections and authority visits.
