Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction activities on-site. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Witness and record inspections, testing, commissioning, and work executed. Check that materials delivered are as approved and properly stored. Attend progress meetings, site staff coordination meetings, and report daily site activities. Perform any other tasks or assignments as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 2 years or above of relevant experience. Knowledge of construction sites and willingness to learn. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to communicate in Chinese, English, or Malay.

Preferred:

Master's degree or additional certifications. Experience in project management or site supervision.
