Job Description

Our esteemed client is seeking talented professionals to support their headquarters based out of Hong Kong, with the role stationed at an attractive location in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Malaysia.

Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Draft cost-effective designs and prepare tender documentation.

Assist project teams in the early contract period, focusing on setting up and initiating technical services and front-end engineering.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Must hold a professional membership (HKIE / ICE).

Preference for members of IStructE.

Minimum of 8 years\' experience in designing civil and structural works, specifically in post-tensioning, as well as pedestrian and road bridge designs.

Expertise in temporary works design.

Experience in site supervision and coordination.

Geotechnical knowledge, including ELS design, is advantageous.

Demonstrable ability to work well under pressure and contribute positively to a team environment.

Proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an added advantage.

Strong written and spoken English skills.

Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Overall project management, ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety, and environmental objectives are met, in line with the project\'s schedule.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering.

Preference for members of IStructE.

At least 8 years post-qualification experience in construction contracts, with 5 years in civil and structural works.

Well-rounded experience in Building projects.

Exceptional management and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) & BIM applications is an added advantage.

In-depth understanding of Building Department\'s regulations.

Strong command of written and spoken English.
