Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Design and Planning:

Assist in the preparation of detailed engineering designs and specifications for infrastructure projects. Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations. Collaborate with senior engineers to develop project plans and timelines.

Technical Analysis and Calculations:

Perform calculations and analysis related to structural integrity, load-bearing capacities, and materials. Use engineering software to model and simulate project scenarios.

Construction Oversight:

Monitor construction activities to ensure they align with project specifications and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on construction progress. Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design drawings, reports, and correspondence. Document field observations and coordinate with project teams to resolve issues.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

Interface with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates. Assist in managing client expectations and addressing any concerns.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all engineering practices adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering. Familiarity with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro). Basic understanding of project management principles. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferable male (require to outstation)

Work Environment:

Office setting with occasional site visits. May require travel to project sites. Work may involve exposure to construction sites and outdoor conditions.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
