• Hold Malaysian citizenship or long - term residency.
• Be familiar with the local construction market environment, laws and regulations, and construction methods in Malaysia. Have more than 3 years of engineering and technical work experience in Malaysia, be able to read construction drawings, and have a good command of Malaysian engineering and construction standards and specifications.
• Have a college degree or above, major in civil engineering or related fields, and possess a solid theoretical foundation in the major.
• Those who can speak Mandarin, English and Malay fluently will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Have a good command of work - related software such as Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with team members from different departments and backgrounds, as well as external partners. Maintain a rigorous work attitude, pay attention to details, have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to withstand pressure, and ensure work quality under tight project schedules and complex working environments. Have good learning and adaptability, and be able to keep up with industry trends and policy changes in a timely manner to provide professional support and advice for projects.
• In daily work, be responsible for preparing construction plans, providing guidance and assistance to subcontractors, identifying on - site technical and safety issues, and assisting subcontractors in solving on - site problems.
• In daily work, manage construction drawings, drawing changes, and relevant technical documents.
• In daily work, organize and send technical - related emails within and outside the team.
• During workdays, strictly adhere to the team's working hours.
