Requirements / Scope of Work

• Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent field.
• 1 - 2 years working experience in Property Development or Construction Management.
• Report directly to the project/site manager on day to day activities related to site/yard development and progress.
• Check drawings from designer to ensure that the designs are in compliance to the authority standards and at the same time cost-saving without compromising on the quality.
• Ascertain that the design drawings created by the consultants meet the requirement of the requestors. Designs not meeting the requirement are referred to the end-user for their comments and subsequently dealt with the consultant accordingly.
• Liaise between the project manager, consultant and the sub-contractors to ensure that the construction works are carried out according to the work-schedule or program and in stringent compliance to the original design drawings approved by the management.
• Carry out supervision in the construction site to ascertain that the construction material used in the project are in accordance to specs.
• Participate in weekly technical meetings chaired by the project manager and attended by the sub-contractors to discuss issues and or clarify construction work progress.
• To undertake any instruction ancillary as directed by CLIENT/Management from time to time.
