Job Description

Develop and execute project plans and progress control. Monitor overall project schedule and conduct meetings. Coordinate multi-discipline teams and site activities. Ensure safety and quality compliance onsite. Manage equipment, materials and resources efficiently. Maintain construction order, safety and environmental standards. Handle emergencies, analyze progress, and implement improvements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Design or related field. 5+years relevant experience, at least 2years in medium/ large construction firms. Experience in industrial workshop projects (semiconductor/data center/food/pharma preferred). Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction laws and regulations. Good English skills; experience in foreign-funded projects preferred.

Pay: RM7,116.00 - RM8,895.00 per month
