Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
3-5 years' experience in design management
Familiar with engineering codes, standards, and statutory requirements
Experience reviewing drawings, design calculations, and technical specifications
Strong technical and engineering knowledge
High attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills

Manage civil & structural design from concept to construction stage
Review drawings, calculations, and design reports
Ensure compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
