Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, from contractor firms.
Strong knowledge of post-contract processes including claims, variations, and site coordination.
Familiarity with water treatment or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Contract Administration: Review, monitor, and manage post-contract documentation including variation orders, claims, and progress reports.
Technical Oversight: Ensure all civil and structural works comply with design specifications, codes, and project requirements.
Site Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and contractual issues.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and audits to maintain construction quality and safety standards.
Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, prepare reports, and highlight risks or delays to management.
Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Problem-Solving: Provide engineering solutions to site challenges, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
