To supervise and manage daily civil and structural activities on building construction sites.
To ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant building codes.
To monitor quality control, site safety, and adherence to construction standards.
To coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
To conduct site inspections, provide guidance to site personnel, and ensure proper workmanship.
To Assist in project planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
To review and maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and progress records.
To report project status, issues, and risks to Project Manager or Senior Engineer.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil and structural supervision for building projects.
Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and standards.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is and advantage.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations and site management practices.
Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
