COSMOS offers a range of fine & specialty chemicals to customers globally, including cosmetic active ingredients, personal care ingredients, synthetic perfume, and formula applications. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Structural Engineer. The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for civil engineering design, structural analysis, structural engineering, and project management. The Engineer will work on-site in Johor Bahru and will be required to carry out day-to-day tasks associated with the role. Qualifications Assist the project manager in carrying out planning, design, and preparation work before the start of the project Assist the project manager to manage the entire process of civil construction, review the construction organization design and various special construction plans of the construction unit, and control the quality and progress of the project Responsible for project bidding management and implementation of project budget control and progress payment confirmation Assist the project manager in organizing the acceptance of each link of the project and the completion acceptance according to the project progress Assist the project manager to manage the construction team and conduct on-site management Responsible for solving various engineering problems and organizing special discussions Ability to work in a team and independently Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree or above, majoring in construction engineering, chemical engineering, electrical instrumentation, etc Applicants with more than 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management, who have been responsible for the construction management of large and medium-sized projects, and who have served as owners or EPC project managers of chemical projects are preferred, and those who have experience in overseas project construction are preferred Have strong planning and arrangement, team management, communication, and coordination skills Proficient in using office and engineering software such as OFFICE and CAD, and have good Chinese and English expression and writing skills Work location: Johor Bahru Benefits: performance bonus, year-end bonus, perfect attendance bonus, food allowance, annual leave, public holidays, etc.
