Civil & Structural Engineer - Chin Fook Development Sdn Bhd

Job Requirements:

• Competent in Autocad, Primavera or Microsoft Project, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree, Master\'s Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to travel.

• To provide technical support to the operation team.
• Involved in Tender Briefing, Tender Evaluation (technical)
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.
• Liaise with consultant civil & structure engineer responsible for structure design and project management of civil and structure engineering projects.
• Design works involve landed and high-rise housing projects, industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings involving concrete and steel structures, civil infrastructure works, and other structures such as bridges, retaining wall structures, water retaining structures, foundations, etc.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Clients, Consultants, Construction Team and Sub-contractors.
• Project management works include monitoring and supervision of contractor\'s works, quality management, correspondences, and project meetings, liaisons with clients and other consultants, authorities, etc.

• Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Working Days: Monday to Friday only

• Salary Range: RM2000 - RM3200
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS
• Medical & Annual Leave
