Job Description
Civil Technician (Building & Facilities)
Location: Johor
Salary: RM2,400 + OT
Duration: Contract until 31 Dec 2025 (renewable for 1 year)
Key Responsibilities:
Act as main contact for plumbing-related complaints from end users/clients Perform routine inspections & preventive maintenance for civil services Assist Building Leader with daily operations Supervise contractors when required Manage tools, equipment, PPE, spare parts & inventory Support vendor & client coordination on operational matters
Requirements:
Relevant technical/maintenance experience preferred Able to work independently & in a team Good communication & problem-solving skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
