Handle day-to-day claims data entry and ensure processes comply with company SOPs.
Work closely with other departments, branches, and insurance partners to ensure claims are completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Assist in preparing letters to claimants to update them on the status or findings of their cases.
Support in drafting offer letters for approved claims and issuing credit notes for accepted cases.
Organize and maintain records of supporting documents such as letters, photos, invoices, and other evidence.
Communicate with claimants to provide updates on claim status, settlement amounts, and other related information.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department to support the claims process.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of working experience, OR Diploma in any field.
Prior experience in administrative tasks is preferred.
Experience in claims handling will be an added advantage.
Basic analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (both face-to-face and virtual).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., SUM, Pivot Table). Advanced Excel skills will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work well in a team environment.
