Perform data validation on reports prepared by vendors
Assist in computing the total payout on monthly basis
Support general administrative duties such as submit monthly accruals to Finance and archieve reports in shared folders
Ad-hoc duties where required
Skills for Success
Diploma holder preferably from Business, Accounting or its equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
Good interpersonal, communication & organisational skills
Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time
