Job Description

- Education requirements are at least SPM or above
- Have good communication skills (customer service experience is preferred)
- Fluent in Mandarin and basic Bahasa Malaysiaand English
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Answer customer questions about the car insurance claims process (the company will provide training)
- Collect documents required for car insurance claims from customers
- Evaluate the approximate repair time of the car based on the degree of damage to the car
- Follow up with customers on car maintenance time and answer maintenance related questions (the company will provide relevant car training)
- Coordinate with the insurance company for the car towing cases job arrangement and manage the daily operation work of the tow truck driver

- Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
