Claim Executive - Medical negligence

We will count on you to:

• Reporting directly to the Claims Manager and FINPRO Management in smooth running of claims
• Processing claims in an efficient and timely manner to achieve prompt resolution by working closely with insurers and panel solicitors especially in claims reporting and bordereau.
• To issue status update for notifications to Insurers/Panel Solicitors
• Admin Process and updating Shared Drive; to update the Claims Bdx excel sheet on daily basis
• Tracks the different parts of claims legal costs and settlements in order to keep orderly record of Claims Bdx
• To assist in Early Conflict Resolution files
• Strong organizational skills, having the ability to work both independently and also in a team-based environment with responsibility in building relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures, and insurance regulatory requirements

What you need to have:

• Degree qualification in law
• Called to the Malaysian Bar
• Preferably with minimum 3 - 4 years relevant work experience in litigation, advantage with insurance and negligence claims experience, preferred medical negligence
• Effective interpersonal skills, presentation, and competency insurance claims process
• Strong organizational skills, having the ability to work both independently and also in a team-based environment
• Display keen interest in clients\xe2\x80\x99 business and drive to achieve clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives
