We're on the lookout for a

Claim Specialist - Aftersales Technical Support & Warranty

to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll take charge of evaluating vehicle warranty applications and claims, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and accurately. You'll work closely with workshops to make sure every repair meets warranty standards -- delivering the best experience for our customers.

As the key link between

dealers, customers, and the principal's technical team

, you'll play an important role in driving service excellence and maintaining customer satisfaction. Based at our

headquarters in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor

, with coverage across the

Klang Valley

, we're looking for someone who is

Responsibilities

Review, process, and submit vehicle and component warranty claims in accordance with

Ezcare Warranty

guidelines. Verify invoices and supporting documents prior to submission to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and prepare periodic reports on claim trends and recurring issues for management review. Monitor the status of warranty claims and follow up promptly on approvals or rejections. Demonstrate strong documentation, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills while working under tight deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in the

automotive industry

. Willing to work

Monday to Saturday

(Saturday is a half day and alternates after confirmation). Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

in

English

and

Bahasa Malaysia

; proficiency in

Mandarin

is an added advantage. Strong understanding of

automotive systems

,

diagnostic procedures

, and

vehicle repair processes

. Proficient in using

vehicle diagnostic tools

and familiar with

workshop operations

and

repair procedures

. Possesses strong

technical

and

problem-solving skills

across major vehicle systems. Good

time management

abilities and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
